Aquatrak's line of liquid-level sensors and gauges consists of the Model 3000 Series Transducer, which combines with the Model 4110 Controller to retrieve and record data. Our newest instrument, the Model 5000 Sensor, combines all of the features of both the Model 3000 Transducer and 4110 Controller into a single, high performance package.
Model 5000 Sensor
Our new Model 5000 Sensor boasts the same precision and durability as the original Transducer and Controller set at a fraction of the cost. Such qualities have made our gauges a preferred instrument of numerous government agencies and private institutions across the globe. Over 2200 units are maintained worldwide.
The Model 5000 Sensor is available in two configurations:
The Model 5002 comes with a waterproof Impulse connector, and the Model 5003 comes with a watertight Switchcraft connector.

5002-SEN-4 Model 5002 Sensor w/ Impulse
Features top-mounted waterproof impulse connectors; combines 4110 microprocessor Controller and 3000 Transducer with firmware into a single package, with a 4 foot calibration tube.

Same construction with a 2-foot calibration tube.

5003-SEN-4 Model 5003 Sensor w/ Switchcraft
Features top-mounted water-tight Switchcraft connectors; combines 4110 microprocessor Controller and 3000 Transducer with Version 5.XX firmware, with a 4 foot calibration tube. Includes 10-foot W-108-01 cable from Sensor to DCP.

The Model 4110 Controller retrieves electrical signals from the Model 3000 Transducer, interprets the information, and relays the data to the local data logger. The standard controller features three Amphenol connectors that communicate with the transducer, receive supply +12V power and SDI communications to the data logger and communicate via RS-232 Serial signal to a data logger.

Also available from the factory is the same Model 4110 Controller with flying leads in place of the amphenol connectors standard between the Transducer and DSP.
4110-MC-01 Model 4110 Controller w/ Amphenol
Uses Version 4.XX firmware. Includes a mating 3-foot SDI-12/Power cable and a 3-foot RS-232 cable.

The Model 3000 Transducer produces and receives sound waves according to a unique and patented system. The device then transmits its findings to the Model 4110 Controller for data collection and analysis.
As shown below, three different cable configurations are available for the Model 3000 Series Transducer as best befit your equipment specifications.
